Mission: Deliver the vision for the future H&M Checkout Experience

Scope: We addressed the in-store digital layer over 10 weeks with a core team of 6 and a project team of 15.

My Role: Retail Design Expert, Facilitator, Design Lead.

Outcome: Scope was broadened to take on the whole store experience in Project Lighthouse.
